Big Skills Night

A fun event focused on large scale obstacle training with big throws, catches, transfers and more. The gym will be designed and set-up to include 6-8 different sections of challenging obstacles and combinations of obstacles spanning 15- 30+ feet. The majority of obstacles will be upper body focused with some agility obstacles included as well.

Ages & Level: Adv. Teens & Adv. Adults. Not recommended for beginners.
