OPEN GYM is a great opportunity for extra time to practice conquering those obstacles your Ninja has been working on! Are they so close to the top of the warped wall? Do they need more practice on the Salmon Ladder? At OPEN GYM we will have several obstacles set-up for Ninja’s to practice as well as our NinjaWorks buzzer to practice timing and speed.

For the American Ninja Warrior Jr. fans, or those who love SPEED!, test your skills on our side-by-side Ninja race course! The rest of the gym will be set-up for an Open gym format for Ninjas to use when not racing.

Join us at our Ninja Skill Clinics: the perfect opportunity for your Ninja to learn new techniques, conquer more obstacles and have loads of Ninja-filled fun!

Ninjas will learn the proper approach/landing to an obstacle, correct body form, techniques, and challenges! Each skill clinic will focus on different obstacles and techniques so Ninjas can continue to expand their skillsets!

Jr. Ninja Day Camp

On select School Holiday closures, drop your Jr. Ninja off for 2 hours of Ninja-filled fun!

School is out, but we are open! Drop your child/ren off for Jr. Ninja Day Camp! Kids will channel their inner Ninja Warrior as they jump, climb, swing and more throughout our Jr.Ninja Mania obstacle courses! With ropes, cargo nets, 3 warped walls and MORE the fun is a challenge, but most importantly, safe!

PRICING:

Members: $30 first child, $25 siblings
Non-Members: $35 first child, $30 siblings

AGES: 4 years – 2nd grade (children are grouped by age)

Whether you are new to the sport of Ninja, an OCR enthusiast, or a seasoned competitive Ninja, OPEN GYM is your time to focus on what you would like to improve. We will have several obstacles of varying difficulty to work on upper body strength, grip strength, core strength, balance, agility and more. We will also have our NinjaWorks timing system to time course runs for those looking to practice linking obstacles together with speed.
